Referral Club Rules

  • The Referral Club is for tax preparers new to Aardvark Tax. A new customer enters a member's code and their own PTIN at checkout and gets $15 off their first purchase. Each PTIN can receive the new-customer discount once.
  • Rewards are earned only on courses you buy yourself. If your firm bought your course (a bulk purchase), you still get a code to share, and colleagues new to Aardvark Tax get $15 off with it, but that code doesn't earn rewards. Bulk orders can't use a referral code.
  • One discount per order: a referral code can't be combined with another coupon.
  • Each season, a member's first new customer earns them $15 off their next course, and the second raises that to $30. The third replaces that credit with a free tax course, or 50% off a course that is 24 hours or more. Only one reward applies: the latest one earned. Your code never expires, and a referral counts only when your colleague enters it at checkout. There's no limit on how many new customers can use a code, but rewards stop at three per season. The season ends February 1.
  • The new-customer discount and course rewards apply to Aardvark Tax tax courses only.
  • Rewards are calculated after the season ends, emailed to you whether or not you receive our marketing email, and applied automatically to your next purchase. Rewards expire at the end of the season after the one they were earned in (for example, a reward earned in the season ending February 1, 2027 expires February 1, 2028). Your expiry date is shown on your account. Expired rewards can't be used and rewards have no cash value.
  • Rewards belong to you personally and can't be transferred by you to anyone else, including your firm. Aardvark Tax support representatives can transfer a reward on request at the company's discretion.
  • The member who referred you will see your first name and last initial.
  • We review PTIN changes and referral activity. Accounts that change PTINs or use other means to obtain discounts or rewards they are not entitled to will be suspended and their rewards disabled.
  • Aardvark Tax may change or end the Referral Club at any time. Rewards already earned will be honored through the end of the following season.
